  4. Top-of-Page Placement: Featured jobs are always displayed at the top of the “All Jobs” page for maximum exposure.

Plan 3: ApplyIn Max

Our most powerful plan designed for maximum reach-go beyond just a website listing.

  5. Direct Search Engine Indexing: ApplyIn ensures your job post is indexed directly on search engines like Google for immediate organic reach.

  6. AI-Powered SEO & AEO: We use advanced AI to identify high-ranking keywords and place them in your post. This helps your job rank higher when candidates search for specific roles, ensuring your post is visible to the right people at the right time.

To maintain the quality and trust of our platform, we follow a strict manual verification process to ensure every listing is authentic:

Step 1: Payment & Submission

  1. Choose a Plan: Select the plan that best fits your hiring needs (Lite, Plus, or Max) and complete the secure payment.
  2. Access the Form: Upon successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to our Job Details Form.
  3. Password Security: At the time of payment success, you will automatically receive a Unique Password. Please enter this password to unlock the form.
  4. Submit Vacancy: Once unlocked, enter all the required information regarding your job vacancy (Job Title, Location, Salary, etc.) and click Submit.
  5. Mandatory Transaction ID: It is compulsory to enter the correct Payment Transaction ID in the job details form for verification.

  6. Duplicate Use Policy: Please note that each Transaction ID can be used only once. Any attempt to use the same Transaction ID for multiple posts will result in the immediate rejection of those submissions.

Step 2: Manual Verification & Listing

  1. Expert Review: Once you submit the form, our expert team manually reviews the job details. We verify the authenticity of the employer and the job description to ensure it strictly meets our community standards and safety guidelines.

  2. Manual Entry: After successful verification, we manually enter your job details into our website.

  3. Plan Integration: While listing, we ensure all the premium benefits and features of your selected plan (Lite, Plus, or Max) are correctly applied—such as featured highlighting, priority placement, or specific visibility durations—to give you the best results

Step 3: Quality Check & Optimization

  1. Enhanced Review: For Plus and Max plans, our team performs additional quality checks to ensure your listing is highly professional.

  2. SEO Boost (Max Plan Only): For Max users, we specifically optimize your job post using AI-powered keywords. This ensures your listing ranks higher on search engines like Google, making it easier for candidates to find your vacancy.

Step 4: Live on Portal

  1. Approval Timeline: After successful verification, your job will go live on the ApplyIn portal (usually within 24 hours).

  2. Live Notification: Once the post is published, you will receive an instant confirmation via WhatsApp or Email, including a direct link to your live job listing.

  1. Strict No-Refund Policy: Once a job post has been manually verified and published on the ApplyIn portal, the payment is strictly non-refundable.
  2. Rejection of Non-Genuine Jobs: If we find that a submitted job is not genuine, fraudulent, or violates our terms, we reserve the right to reject the post. In such cases, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable transaction taxes/processing fees.
  3. Refund Policy Regarding Responses: Our service is considered fully rendered once we complete the technical listing, manual verification, SEO optimization, and promotion of your post. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds if a job posting receives few or no applications.
  4. No Refunds for Expiry:Ā Once a job has completed its validity period or has been naturally removed after the maximum duration, no refunds will be provided.

While ApplyIn is a premium platform designed to provide your job vacancies with maximum visibility and reach, we do not guarantee a specific number of applicants or a direct response. In some cases, depending on market factors, a post may receive zero applicants. Here is why:

  1. Platform Role (Visibility & Promotion): ApplyIn serves as a bridge between employers and job seekers. We ensure your job post reaches the right audience through our portal, social media channels, and AI-driven SEO. However, the final action of “applying” rests solely with the candidates.

  2. Factors Influencing Response: The number of applications depends on several external factors beyond our control, such as: Job Requirements, Location & Salary & Market Demand

  3. Refund Policy Regarding Responses: Our service is considered fully rendered once we complete the technical listing, manual verification, SEO optimization, and promotion of your post. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds if a job posting receives few or no applications.
  4. Employer Discretion: We recommend providing a clear job description and an attractive salary package to improve your chances of getting high-quality responses.

The duration for which your job post remains live on the ApplyIn portal depends entirely on the plan you selected. Here are the validity guidelines:

1. Plan-Based Validity: Each job posting will remain active for the specific period mentioned in your chosen plan.

    • Lite Plan: 20 Days

    • Plus Plan: 30 Days

    • Max Plan: 60 Days

2. Automatic Expiry: Once the validity period of your plan ends, the post will be automatically archived or removed from the live listings to ensure our portal only shows active vacancies.

If you wish to keep your job advertisement active beyond its original plan duration, please follow the renewal process:

  1. New Submission Required: Job posts do not renew automatically. To extend the visibility, you must initiate a fresh submission.

  2. Payment & Process: Visit our ‘Pay & Post a Job’ page, select your preferred plan, and complete the payment again.

  3. Resubmit Details: After payment, use the new password provided to access the form and resubmit your job details for a fresh manual verification and listing.

  4. Stay Updated: This ensures that only active and current vacancies are displayed on the ApplyIn portal, providing a better experience for both employers and job seekers.
