Welcome to ApplyIn. This policy outlines the terms regarding payments, job postings, and refunds for services offered on our platform.
1. General Overview
ApplyIn is an independently operated online platform founded and managed by Subin Babu, a Digital Marketer based in Kottarakkara, Kerala, India. ApplyIn functions as a private digital initiative and is not registered as a government organization, corporate entity, or statutory body. We operate as an online service and do not maintain a physical office. All services are managed online as a private initiative.
2. Job Posting Process
To maintain the quality and trust of our platform, we follow a strict manual verification process:
Payment & Submission: Employers must first select a plan and complete the payment. Upon successful payment, a form will open where job details must be entered.
Transaction ID: It is mandatory to enter the correct Payment Transaction ID in the form. Each Transaction ID can be used only once.
Manual Review: All submitted jobs are manually reviewed by our team. A job will only be published on the website if it is found to be genuine and compliant with our standards.
3. Validity and Expiry of Job Postings
The duration for which a job post remains active on ApplyIn depends on the plan selected at the time of payment:
Plan-Based Validity: Each job posting will remain live for the duration specified in the chosen plan (e.g., 20 days or 60 days).
Maximum Duration: Notwithstanding the official application deadline mentioned in the job post, no single posting will remain active for more than 2 months (60 days).
Renewal: To keep a job advertisement active beyond its plan duration or the 2-month limit, a new payment must be made via the ‘Pay & Post a Job’ page, and the job must be resubmitted.
No Refunds for Expiry: Once a job has completed its validity period or has been naturally removed after the maximum duration, no refunds will be provided.
4. No Guarantee of Applications
Candidate Response: ApplyIn provides a platform for visibility and promotion. However, we do not guarantee a specific number of applicants or any response for the jobs posted.
User Discretion: The number of applications depends on various factors such as job requirements, location, salary offered, and candidate interest.
No Refunds for No Response: Refunds will not be issued on the grounds that a job posting did not receive enough or any applications/responses.
5. Refund Policy for Job Postings
Rejection of Non-Genuine Jobs: If we find that a submitted job is not genuine, fraudulent, or violates our terms, we reserve the right to reject the post. In such cases, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable transaction taxes/processing fees.
Duplicate Use of Transaction ID: If a user attempts to use the same Transaction ID for multiple posts, those submissions will be rejected without a refund.
Post-Publication: Once a job is manually verified and published on the ApplyIn website or social media channels, no refunds will be provided.
6. Customized Advertisements & Promotions
For banner ads, raw advertisement spaces, social media promotions, educational programs, or product services:
The terms of payment and potential refunds must be discussed and finalized directly with the Founder of ApplyIn before the service begins.
Once a promotion or advertisement is live, no refunds will be issued.
7. Support for Refunds & Payments
If you are eligible for a refund (as per the conditions above) or have faced a payment technical error, our team will assist you.
