ApplyIn is an independently operated digital business venture founded and managed by Subin Babu, a Digital Marketing Professional based in Kottarakkara, Kerala, India. ApplyIn is registered as a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) under the Government of India’s Udyam Registration framework.

5. Pay & Post a Job

ApplyIn provides a paid job posting service that allows employers and recruiters to submit job advertisements for consideration and publication on the ApplyIn platform.

By using the Pay & Post a Job service, you agree to the following:

1. Job Posting Fees:

• The applicable fee for the selected job posting plan must be paid through the payment method provided by ApplyIn.
• The applicable price and features of each plan will be displayed before payment.
• Payment of the applicable fee does not automatically guarantee publication of the submitted job advertisement.

2. Submission and Review:

• After successful payment and submission, the job posting will be assigned a Job Posting ID and may be reviewed by ApplyIn.
• ApplyIn may review submitted job advertisements for accuracy, completeness, relevance, compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and general suitability for publication.
• A submitted job may remain under review before publication.

3. Right to Reject a Job Posting:

ApplyIn reserves the right to reject or decline a paid job posting where, in our reasonable discretion, the posting:

• Contains false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information
• Appears to be unlawful or deceptive
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Contains inappropriate, harmful, or discriminatory content
• Appears to be a scam or fraudulent recruitment opportunity
• Infringes third-party rights
• Does not meet ApplyIn's publishing requirements
• Is otherwise unsuitable for publication on the platform

Where a paid job posting is rejected by ApplyIn and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund process.

4. Employer Responsibility:

The employer or recruiter submitting a job advertisement is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, authenticity, and completeness of the information provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Company information
• Job title and description
• Vacancy information
• Qualification requirements
• Salary and benefits
• Location
• Application procedure
• Contact details
• Application links
• Recruitment terms and conditions

ApplyIn acts as a platform for publishing and presenting job information and does not become a party to the employment relationship between an employer and a candidate.

5. Posting Duration:

Each paid job posting will remain active for the duration specified in the selected plan. Regardless of the official application deadline mentioned by the employer, no paid job posting will remain active on ApplyIn for more than 60 days under a single posting plan. If an employer wishes to continue promoting a vacancy after the applicable posting period, a new paid posting may be required.

6. No Guarantee of Applicants or Hiring:

Payment for a job posting provides access to the applicable advertising/listing service only.

ApplyIn does not guarantee:

• A specific number of applicants
• A specific number of views
• Candidate quality
• Candidate responses
• Interviews
• Shortlisting
• Recruitment
• Hiring
• Any particular employment outcome

The employer remains solely responsible for candidate evaluation, selection, interviews, offers, and employment decisions.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Payments for ApplyIn services are processed through the payment gateway or payment method displayed on the website.
• Once payment is successfully completed, the corresponding service request may be processed according to the selected plan.
• Where ApplyIn rejects a paid job posting and determines that a refund is applicable, the refund will be initiated through the applicable payment system.
• Refund processing times may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.
• Unless otherwise stated by ApplyIn, a refund may take several working days to appear in the original payment method.

7. User and Employer Submissions

When you submit content to ApplyIn, including job advertisements, company information, contact details, application links, images, logos, or other materials, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the necessary authority to submit the information
• The submitted material does not knowingly violate applicable laws
• The submission does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• The submission does not contain fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful information

ApplyIn reserves the right to review, edit, refuse, suspend, or remove submitted content where necessary to maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of the platform.

8. Advertising and Promotional Content

• Payment for an advertisement or job posting does not prevent ApplyIn from taking action against content that subsequently becomes inappropriate, inaccurate, unlawful, or non-compliant.

Unless otherwise stated, original content created and published by ApplyIn, including:

• ApplyIn's logo and branding
• Original website graphics
• Original written content
• Page designs and layouts
• Original career-related articles
• Website elements and materials

is owned by or used under appropriate rights by ApplyIn and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
